By accessing or using the ThunderWar platform at thunderwargaming.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThunderWar. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. ThunderWar is a free social arcade entertainment platform that provides digital entertainment experiences for adults in Canada. The platform features interactive arcade modules, including Rise of Olympus: Thunder Protocol, community features, leaderboards, and achievement systems. ThunderWar is purely a social entertainment experience. No real money is wagered, earned, or exchanged through the platform at any point. Virtual scores, points, achievements, and leaderboard positions hold no monetary value and cannot be converted to or exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. The platform is designed solely for recreational entertainment purposes.
To access certain features of ThunderWar, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ThunderWar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Each individual may maintain only one active account on the platform.

All content, features, and functionality on the ThunderWar platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, software, and the underlying code, are the exclusive property of ThunderWar or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ThunderWar name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ThunderWar. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. No right, title, or interest in any platform content is transferred to you through your use of the platform.
ThunderWar may allow you to submit, post, or share content through community features. By submitting content to the platform, you grant ThunderWar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. ThunderWar reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
The ThunderWar platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ThunderWar disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. ThunderWar makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any content, features, or services on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, ThunderWar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
ThunderWar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violations of these Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, extended account inactivity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ThunderWar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ThunderWar may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
ThunderWar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the platform or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
